Drywall repair and texture matching for interior painting work. We accept major credit cards. We do not use sub-contractors a common practice in the industry. The exterior of the house looks good, but I had to spend over 20 hours fixing the painting and cleanup after they did their final walk through on the interior. Parts were not even touched with paint and everything was my problem. I was told that I "have to let them back into the house to do more work" even after the end date of the contract. That is illegal, not to mention it wasn't in the contract. The wife/office manager tried scare tactics to make me not say anything negative.
I was also called names and insulted when I called to ask for a partial refund. I tried resolution with PayPal but they would not assist. This company made a LOT of money for me to have to do so much work myself. I would have been better off painting the interior myself. I did two separate walk-throughs, one with a realtor because the house is being sold, and have a laundry list of things.
