Dana of Done Right Staging comes in from the beginning with a wealth of knowledge and patience - she understands that the Realtor and the seller need her eye, attention to detail, imagination and verve to turn a drab property into a showpiece. She has great materials, always providing top quality furniture and important style with pictures and personal items that turn an empty property into a home. Every time I use her services I get compliments during the open house and from the photos. NO doubt she has made higher priced sales, capturing the attention of many more buyers than other stagers I have worked with. Most recently a seller needed to leave town before all updates were done. Dana came in with suggestions of which fixtures to replace, which flooring to use AND supplied many of the vendors to do the installation. On occasion she has supervised the work. Her work is impeccable, she will visit a property multiple times if necessary. Recently a seller decided to take away important items that her staging had been planned around. At the last minute, Dana rose to the task getting a wonderful result at minimal extra cost and on time! She is thorough about making sure all items are in place in time for photos and getting items removed on our agreed upon time-frame. However, most importantly, she is a doll to work with. Always responsive and going the extra mile in a time intensive business. She has such great style and ideas, sellers are so appreciative and only wish they had used her floor layouts when living in the property. A big compliment is the number of buyers who wanted to purchase her staging furniture, rugs, end tables, bedspreads and more! I owe so much of the success of my sales to her eye and advice about listing preparation. Her delivery of this information to sellers is sensitively done, some sellers just don't have the capacity to do all the improvements and Dana is attuned to that always.
