Joe explained that he would use a special tool to remove some of the old grout before applying new grout. The estimate was 3 hrs. work for $200.00 that we thought was very reasonable. He started the job on time and finished in two hours. He closed the bathroom door and it was completely quite. He did not remove any of the old grout, only applied new grout over old grout. Two weeks later discoloration appeared per tile grout. We found him on ANGIES list prior to hiring him for the job. Reputable businesses such as grout doctor (5 reviews) had only a reasonable reviews compared to W'STILE where he had approximately 40 reviews. It was obvious after ripping us off that he was probably submitting his own reviews. We hope this is helpful so someone else does not get lured into hiring him because of all the positive reviews and very reasonable cost.
"After I finished {Member's name removed} and his wife told me I did an excellent job, I used the grout tool 2 strokes per grout-line, more strokes results in chipped tile. Time 2-3 hours. Then they wanted me to retile a backsplash. I do understand {Member's name removed} frustration, however people must realize re-grouting old and sometimes not well constructed (set with mastic adhesive) Tub Tile may after further use leach a yellow color to the surface. I do hope {Member's name removed} and his wife will hire me to remodel that Tub Tile of which I will use Dens-Shield backer and Thin-set mortar adhesive which are the best products. I will not use mastic."
I had all the materials, after calling and talking with him, he came to my home and gave me a quote the same day. I hired him after reviewing the quote. he came bake the next day (at the time agreed to) and in the time he said he would be done, I had a new back splash. My fiancé had the back splash she wanted. The day after he finished, my fiancé and I traveled to Hawaii to be married and we have loved the look and functionality of the work he did for us. We are planning a new stone fireplace, and with out a doubt we will use Wild s'tile for that project.

The project went excellent. Joe was on time, within estimate and the project was performed seamlessly. The tile floor is beautiful now. Joe's knowledge and expertise in installing tile was obvious throughout the job. He took the time to advise us of the installation options for the floor and also identified in detail what was improperly performed by the previous contractor as he was demolishing the existing tile floor mess.
It took only 3 days for Joe to complete the job which included the demo of the previous floor tile and gooey underlayment. We can now finally walk on a solid grouted tile floor in the bathroom after a month long nightmare with an incompetent contractor. Thank you Joe and sorry for the hassle of cleaning up someone else's defective work. I also appreciated Joe discussing the technical issues in detail with the previous contractor and advising him on how to install tile with appropriate products in the future.
I will not allow anyone else to install tile in my home as long as Joe is available to perform the work.

Overall I am please with the job he did. Outstanding job matching the grout in the hallway. There was some excess grout on a couple of joints in the tub surround, he returned next day and correct the work without hesitation. Not everything is going to be perfect and a response like that is outstanding customer service. The only problem I have is that a couple areas could have been clean-up a bit better.
"The project was started by another person with improper substrate and had to be replaced with cementboard. Her original design would have allowed water to accumulate on the thicker tiles so she agreed the glass should go higher up the wall which I did. The plumber did not compensate for the thicker Tile and would not come back. I had told [Member name removed] that I was not licensed and insured to install plumbing and the Muni-of-Anchorage laws do not allow anybody but registered plumbers to do plumbing.
