Timely on short notice

The employees working for BJ (William Crum) were awesome! Very hard workers. The problem was with BJ himself. In my case, he did not keep good records concerning my cash payments with receipts. He got messed up with the amount I paid him and what he annotated on the invoice he sent me. The invoice reflected l - $65 I had paid him in cash with receipt. We exchanged a few emails back and forth. He then thought it a good idea to call me instead of answering my email to him where I showed him what I paid him and when. During this phone call, I explained to him I would no longer need his services after they mowed the next Monday when I would pay him what I owed him in total. When he asked why, I explained to him that he could not keep good records, but he did not like my answer and then started sending me unprofessional, disrespectful emails. Finally, it got resolved when he said he was no longer coming back to my house to mow or pick up the money I owed. I then told him I would send him a cashiers check in certified mail.

Ok.

I was so impressed when I received a phone call within 24 hours of me signing into home advisor by Pro Turf and they came out and did the service the same day.

BJ was very professional/explained in detail what was going to be done/answered all my questions/really looking forward to working with him/also I inquired about snow removal and he said they did that so will hire him for that. Thank you for sending him to my project. Thanks Sherri Estep

They did a beautiful job on my yard, They mowed and used the weed eater on my front and back yard, which is big, and in 45 minutes they were done and gone. Jacob and his partner were very respectful, I would recommend them to anyone.
