The roof leaked last year (Sep 2012). The property manager was contacted. The roof was supposed to be new as part of a remodel job. The roof leaked again (Sep 2013 rainy season) and damaged a bedroom, destroying a bed. T&M Roofing was contacted to replaced the roof. They were not punctual and the job was started and continued with many stops and starts. The rotted eaves have still not been replaced but the issue is with the property manager. T&M performed the work they did get completed very well with a high degree of professionalism. They used a new design and latest materials. The work was done by a crew with a high degree of knowledge and skills. They were polite and attentive to tenants. I'd hire them.
