SUNNY PAINTING

Pros: -came in to do a job in a short amount of time. -Price seemed ok. Cons: -didn’t caulk, left old caulk with a gap or about a quarter inch+ in areas between painters tape and shower and other locations. -indents in Wall we’re not filled in before everything was done, lots of imperfections. (All that work for nothing) -plastic or something brushed wet texture in one spot leaving an unsightly mark -communicated problems and said they would have someone Monday, they never called or arrived. -paint is flakey over (other) caulked areas which leads me to believe the paint was thinned (to make more profit). A friend told me they are know for this so that’s what supports this theory. I’ve never myself seen paint get flakey over caulk when I paint. I might be missing some stuff, after talking to a friend and hearing more bad stuff about this company and to include my experience - I would not hire them!

They contracted to scrape, caulk, and 2 coats. They power washed and only one coat. Less than a year later paint is peeling in places.

They made the biggest mess ever while texturing. They didn't wipe the excess off while it was wet, instead they waited until it dried and tried sanding it down. They did paint the ceiling after they finished texturing but it didn't look professional and they only put on one coat rather than the two. We are still finding dust.

Everything went great as planned. They were very punctual. They did a great job to ensure that what I wanted done was taken care of. They were very detail oriented and pleasant to work with.

This was the best of three bids by at least 20%.  The communication via email for scheduling and payment was good.  The team can on time (small weather delay) and did the work quickly and professionally.  I would use them again without question.

they were professional, thorough and did an excellent job. we came and went while they worked. I'd hire them again.

Several workers came. First day they power washed. The next day they did all the prep work, including covering windows, sanding where need and so on. Then they sprayed everywhere. The next morning they removed the window coverings and did the trim. It was all very quick and efficient.

The painters arrived the date and time they said they would. They were professional in appearance and in their work. The job was completed when they said and their work was excellent. They have also done two of my neighbors homes and two more are scheduled.

Everything about the job from intitial contact to completion went perfectly from start to finish!. On time, competent; respectful and efficient crew. They arrive exactly when they say they will, and get after it! Simply put...these are honest people who take pride in their work, and at a fair price too. If you need painting work done, do yourself a favor and give them a call. You won't regret it!

I had a great, great interaction with them. They are wonderful and their price was great. I would use them again. They satisfied the trinity of construction. They were on time, on budget and very responsive. They were great.

I contact them and they were there as schedule and sent me an estimate via e-mail and informed due to weather they could not give me exact date the job would be done however they would stay in contact with me and let me know. I was informed of the time they would be able to do painting and they did it as stated.

Need home painted. Sunny's provided a very reasonable, prompt estimate, scheduled the days they'd be painting - and did exactly what they said they'd do. They also came back and touched up some small things I noticed promptly and efficiently.
