I used a private contractor that Summit is familiar with. The measurements were submitted by my contractor for 6 new triple pane windows. I was able to call and purchase the windows over the phone, making it quite easy for me. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was told that the windows would 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. I was call about a week later to inform me that I was quoted $100.00 more that the windows cost and it was refunded to me. When the windows came in I was called and scheduled a time for delivery. I had the windows delivered the same day and the staff was courteous and prompt.

The doors where installed and then it was discovered that one glass pain had a mastic smudge between the pains. Summit replaced it free of charge.
