Repairman removed old fixture and installed the new one, however, they fan didn't work. He said the switch was bad and it was not getting enough power to the unit. While troubleshooting the glass on the new fixture fell and broke. He went and bought a new fixture and replaced it. Fan still wasn't working so he rewired the switch box and the fan still was not working. So it turned out that the fan bad and he replaced the fan with the one he bought. Then told me what it cost ($577.00) and started loading his tools. I asked him for an invoice and he stated his boss would email it to me. Now he hands me his phone and says his boss is on the phone at which time says something to the effect that it should have costed more to do the work but since the repairman told me a price he wouldn't charge me more money which he could and maybe next time i'll call them to do repairs. So I wasn't to keen about those remarks because they broke the glass on the fixture I bought so I can't return it. I provided the wood for the fixture install and the saw to cut it. The switch to the light now controls the fan so i can't leave the fan on without the light being on. I was told to buy a new face plate and put washers to lower glass so there is a space for ventilation. Not to mention at this time, the next day at noon, I have not received the Email with my receipt
