 + 0 moreThey were excellent. We like working Spenard Builders. They are timely and they are very particular with their work. They were really great. Actually we just started using them for our villa. We have them frame a couple of doors for us in a villa that we moved at. They were on time and efficient. The quality of work was great.
Description of Work: We have used Spenard Builders. We had windows replaced and sliding glass door installed. We also had them do a back deck.

 + -1 moreWe have historically had very good luck with SBS. This spring we built a small $4,000 deck in the backyard. We started out purchasing materials from SBS as we have in the past and having them delivered. The quality of the lumber selected and delivered unfortunately was not good and prevented us from being able to finish the project. We used what we could and then gathered up the poorest quality lumber and returned it ourselves. We were not able to get what we needed from them without having to purchase it again. We also attempted to contact SBS VP of Operations, Ed Waite, but were unable to get a response.
Description of Work: SBS selected and delivered materials for a backyard project.

 + -1 moreThey are a long-established company. They were professional and knew what they were doing. They got the measurements right. They had a list of contractors who carried out the work from which I picked one. The prices were not the best but I was very satisfied with their service.
Description of Work: I used Spenard Builders Supply Inc to upgrade my kitchen. I got new countertops from them.
