Gene and the guys did a great job on re-roofing and adding insulation to the attic. The guys worked hard every day, finished in about a week (excluding weekends) and were friendly, respectful and responsive to any questions and requests that I had. I would recommend them to anyone who asks. Also, it was great being able to always get through to the office. They always gave me a heads-up when things were going to happen, or if Gene was coming by. So, not only was the work done well, the support staff did great too!

Gene was great to work with, he was very responsive was able to get to work quickly. His crew did a fantastic job, and cleaned up every day before leaving for the day to ensure our yard was safe from debris and able to be enjoyed by the family. He was prompt, professional and kept in communication with us before, during and after install.

Even though the project was delayed for one week due to 6 days of snow, everything that was opened up was securely covered. Also Gene was only one who noticed some related issues that no one else mentioned. Would highly recommend . Pay schedule was normal, half at start and rest at completion.

He gave a me an estimate based on the insurance my quote and not the actual work that needed to be done. He thought I would be billing my insurance for the full amount. When i told him I had a $1000.00 deductible and it was all out of pocket for me he dropped the price to $500.00. His employee came and did the work the next day and it took him less than one hour to replace 11 asphalt shingles. I asked him to nail down a flange for the exhaust port that the wind storm had pulled loose, but it did not get done. I asked them to come back and do it but never heard from them. I feel that i paid way too much for a job that took less than an hour.

They were fast and effective with the work. The only downside was they weren't upfront with the methods of payment they take.

Professional, work was first rate. Gene was a good guy to work with.
