First off, the doctors and the staff like cats. They do thorough exams and are gentle and kind with our kitties. Our 1 year old has ulcers on his eyes, and they researched this, contacted a specialist in Seattle and tried to treat him here. They are excellent at communicating with you and often call after hours if needed. We ended up taking him to Seattle to see the specialist, and they have provided good follow up care, including calling the Seattle doctor.
For healthy cats, they are conservative yet thorough.
I would trust my animals with both doctors any time.

Went for initial visit for my two mini Australian shepherds. Check in was fine. They were able to accommodate early appointments in the same week. DPM was fine. The checkout process was a nightmare - took longer than the actual visit and there was no one in the waiting room. They also incorrectly billed us. Their checkout and billing process just needs to be more efficient.
