Making an appointment was easy, dropping off the vehicle was easy. They took a little longer than they told me but it wasn't a big deal, I always plan for that. The install was very clean and the product works as advertised. The only reason the price section was marked down to good was because they offered a great price but then sold the remote separately (it was a groupon deal). I don't know if this is a regular occurrence but I would definitely ensure the remotes are included in your quoted price. Even with that being said the price was competitive with other businesses around town or else I would have really been upset. Despite this I would use them again in the future.

They gave a lifetime guarantee and recently had to replace it and did so for free. You deal with the owner directly. He is upfront and honest.
