Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

We recently purchased a new home and have been trying to find the right paint colors for each of the rooms, as such we have purchased many, many samples of paint. Sadly, Sherwin-Williams does not have sample sizes available, the smallest one can purchase is a quart, however they do have a non-premium sample grade for every color that costs significantly less than the full version. (this is what i purchased on my last visit, one sample grade quart for under $7) Having purchased so many colors to try on our walls we don't always remember which ones were where or when we purchased, luckily they kept a record for us via their paint perks program :) We were able to tell them which room we were trying various colors in, and next time we went in (or I went in since hubby sends me while he is at work) if *pregnancy brain* kicked in and I couldn't remember which colors we tried or the name of the one we liked, they could look it up right quick. Very helpful. They keep it on record for years, which is also nice if we ever need to touch a room up. Spencer and Amanda are particularly helpful. They always carried the paint out for me, explained the difference between the various levels of paint, suggested what type of paint to use in each room (eggshell vs satin etc). Everyone there seems friendly and helpful, always making sure we don't need an opener for the cans or stir sticks (which are free). Worth the drive in from Eagle River.
