Sewing Machine Repair
I think they did a great job on both machines. They provided a cost estimate to clear/inspect machine. When they discovered what parts were needed, they called with explanation as well as provided a time and cost estimate. Machines were completed on time at the estimated costs. The costs seemed a bit high to me, but I think things are more expensive in Alaska. Both machines have been working fine since repair. I don't believe they performed any unnecessary work.
