I would leave Rico and his team 6 stars if I could. Rico is that rare contractor that actually communicates, and responds to questions very quickly. He shows up when he says he will, and his team is so hard-working. They did a wonderful job of taking our house from drab to fab, and quickly. We only had two really good days of weather and they hustled, working well past what anyone might consider quitting time, and got the job done before the rain came. Rico uses very high quality paint, and they use it liberally. Our house looks fabulous, their cleanup was meticulous, and we are thrilled. I highly recommend Rico and his team!

Daybor was friendly and offered a fair price. After having previously used a nightmare contractor to install a new shower it was refreshing that Rico Construction was very transparent with his work and kept me informed every step of the way. He was professional, timely, and flexible. As a parent who works full time I really appreciated how was willing to work with my schedule. Rico Construction came quickly to give me estimates and was available to paint the interior of my house when I needed it done. They did a great job and are fairly priced.

I’m speechless with this man work!!! Perfectionist!!!! I’m a very satisfied customer. he came in and painted my kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets. He went above and beyond sanded prime two coats gave me exactly what I wanted. Very good communication even did a little bit of drywall repair around my exhaust fan and 100%. This company's mission statement states, 'Team of highly skilled professionals who pay attention to every detail of the work.' I hired this company based on that statement to paint the exterior of my home. The crew he hired for the job were very polite young men, but unfortunately, they were not skilled. The company owner dropped his crew off on site with instructions for that day and then left for other jobs. He checked on his crew around mid-day, spending less than an hour with them. I don't blame the labor he hired as they were trying to do a good job, but they had little to no supervision from the company owned. As a result, my house looks horrible. The paint is blistering on all sided of the house, it was applied unevenly. In my opinion it is partly because they were not provided with the proper equipment (ladders, scaffolding) to reach the higher areas around the house, or the proper training to develop their skills.

I hired Rico to remove the popcorn ceiling and repaint the interior of the house. The crew showed up every morning ready to work. They were friendly, helpful, and professional. Removing popcorn ceiling is an extremely dirty process. They did everything possible to control the dust and debris. They did a great job on my project and I will use them again in the future.

They got lot of patient and listen well. Follow our wish what we want.. we will hire them again.

They did a great job out floors were absolutely beautiful. The guys were very kind and respectful of our home trying to keep areas covered. Iâ d say the only think that was 100% was time frame seemed like it took longer than expected but if they had/needed to go slower to have quality work Iâ d take that any day. Iâ d hire and use them again.

Painters were super hard working. Easy to work with, polite, very considerate. Mr Rico is a very busy man, but one he gets project rolling itâ s all great. Iâ d hire them again.
