I hope I don't need them again soon - after all, the roof should last 30 years - but I would call them with any new projects.
I highly recommend Rain Proof Roofing.
"We appreciate your business as well as your honesty, we are often not the cheapest roofing contractor and we are honest about that. It is important to us that we provide the best materials, quality, safety and crew. We have built a solid reputation with the communities inside our great state by providing those qualities above! Thank you again for taking the time to review us. Misty Rain Proof Roofing"

"Thank you for reviewing our company with Angie's list, we appreciate the feedback you have given! Enjoy the rest of summer. Misty Rain Proof Roofing"
The roof leaked shortly after the job was done. They came immediatly and corrected it--or so we thought. When the heavy snowfall of 2011-2012 melted we had leakage in 4 places. The company blamed the extra heavy snowfall, (but it had never leaked with the old shingles in all the years we had owned the house).
They told us that if we allowed anyone else on the roof to clear the snow it would negate our warranty, but that they didn't have time to do it. Finally they agreed to do it, and if they were responsible we wouldn't have to pay for it.
All through the process they insisted that if they were responsible for the leakage they would make it right. Communication problems persisted, but eventually Jason came out to assess the damage. He agreed not to charge us for the removal of snow from the roof and to install a roof vent across the entire ridge of the roof.
During the summer of 2012 they came out and installed a roof vent across the top of the roof. No statement of what was done was left nor sent to us. We still don't have one, even though we called and asked for it.
Heavy rains, Sept.20, 2012 precipitated another leak on the right side of the living room inside, and under the overhang, outside. We are still battling about this.
I regret that I didn't ask another company to roof the house.

"The work was ordered mid August and we showed up on-site mid-September, unfortunately when we got into the leaking area there was a large amount of unforeseen rot the deeper we dug the more rot was found. It was deemed a contractor would be needed to assess the rotten wood before we could continue, we provided temporary roofing to get through the winter. I'm sorry that you had an unpleasant experience with our company, as always I would encourage you to voice your concerns to us so that we have an opportunity to rectify the situation. If there is anything we can do for you in the future we would be glad to help."
"I would encourage you to contact us regarding your unhappiness with the quality of the work we provided as well as the price. It's important to us that we do the best we can to satisfy home and building owners expectations, we take great pride in our quality and service and it's important that our customers feel that. I apologize that the experience you had with our company left you with a bad taste in your mouth, again I encourage you to contact us to see if we can help rectify this situation."
"Thank you for taking the time to comment on the service you recieved!"
