It was awful. The lady was late and couldn't answer the questions about the house details. When she knew that we don't have a buyer's agent, she recommended herself and want to sell other houses to us instead of the one we are visiting. I will never sell/buy any house by them. I forgot about her name but both she and her mom worked for the same company.
