I haven't had to use them in a couple years. They are very nice people. You get a discount if you save your traps since they can just put more bait in there. They're not the traps you see in store. You leave it there and they use poison. It's safe from children and pets. They come in to get it and it makes them sick and die. I recommended them to my job once.

They come the day before and notify all of our neighbors. Which is very nice because we are all very pet oriented. We have been very satisfied with them. They make sure that they do not spill anything on the ground. They are extremely professional. They spray an acre of wooded land for us.
