I hired Wayne twice. The first time he was right on time and very helpful and professional. Did a great job. The second time he was somewhat late on arrival, but had a good excuse. He completed the work in the estimated time and monetary estimate. I would hire him again.

When I originally spoke with the contractor I told him that I didn't want to spend three or four hundred dollars. He told me it would be two hours. He installed one wire in order to make the bathroom fan run on the built in timer. He billed me $424.00! When I mentioned that was pretty steep, he didn't respond.
