I called from Seattle, halfway though our flight to New Orleans and she hadn't even arrived. It was after 9pm and she knew we expected her to feed them by 5 pm. When I told her this, she got nasty with me on the phone. She tried to say it was because we had our flight changed by airline and she had made other plans. I gave her the changed info 2 months in advance and I have the emails to prove it. She also came that Monday, we left on Friday, and never said a word about her plans. I was very upset and crying. Very disappointed.
"While I appreciate Mrs. [removed member name]’ feedback and I am sorry she was disappointed with her service, nothing changed with the service I agreed to provide. I believe when I spoke to Mrs. [removed member name]on the phone before even booking the appointment, she indicated her departure date was December 13, and I advised her I was booked until the evening of the 13th. She said that was fine, they were leaving late so we booked the intro appointment. I am referencing my intake notes of the October 15, 2013 [removed member name]/PetLover introduction meeting, for which we discussed the [removed member name] departure time and my schedule. Mrs. [removed member name]advised their departure was late and I indicated it was perfect timing as I would be closing out of another house in Anchorage at 8 p.m. (booked October 11, for December 6-13) and go directly to her house in Eagle River, expecting to be there at 9 p.m. (“9pm” is clearly written next to departure date with a square around it). Mrs. [removed member name]was fine with that. At some point Mrs. [removed member name]did call to advise they had changed their departure from late p.m. to 2-ish p.m., I was not aware that meant I was supposed to adjust my schedule/other clients as well. I did drive out to Eagle River to pick up keys on Monday, December 9. I had no change to my previous schedule to advise her of. We did experience a snow storm the night of December 13, with near white-out visibility. I did speak to Mrs. [removed member name]when she called, (around 9:20 p.m.), as I was navigating the roads to her house. While I do not believe, nor was it my intent to be “nasty” to Mrs. [removed member name], I did tell her I understood her concern but I did advise her in October that I would at her house later and this was not new; I was on my way to her house right that moment; and it was snowing pretty heavily so I was having a difficult time trying to understand why I was being yelled at on phone and trying to safely get to Eagle River. I arrived at the [removed member name]house about 9:35 p.m. on the scheduled service date."
