After receiving the windows, we discovered, unfortunately, that one of the windows was damaged. Replacement was no problem, but it did set the schedule for total installation back some days.

lIt went well. We called. They came out and measured, gave us an estimate within a few days and scheduled out installation. All the old windows were hauled off and everything was cleaned up inside and out. we were very pleased.

Next time we will spring for higher quality wood for the interior framing. The hemlock used has proven to be extremely difficult to stain. We also recommend 1) getting started earlier in the late spring/summer to ensure sufficient time for installation before the snow flies, and 2) meticulously checking the plans. When we did the latter we found a couple of windows that would have been built to open the wrong way as compared to what we were replacing, and what we'd instructed the company to fabricate for us. Fortunately we caught this mistake in time.

Seemed to be first class. They showed up when they said they would. They did what they agree to do, in fact, they went beyond that. They cleaned up their mess when they left. The price was high, but you gotta pay for what you get.
