I've had very good experience with them. The units themselves were expensive, but I did shop around, so their price was good.

I had contacted these folks because I found out they were the company that originally installed our furnace. They came out within the hour and diagnosed the problem within minutes. They had the part in stock so he was able to go get the part and fix our furnace within the next couple of hours. Very responsive, professional, and courteous.

They left a mess and any time I wanted to or I have questions about the unit where it needed to be set. They sent me downstairs that will look for this and that type and they were not helpful at all. When I had any questions or concerns, they come out and calibrate the machine, I guess, which to make sure it was working correctly.

The experience with them was fantastic. They were very knowledgeable, did everything they were supposed to and were just great people. We liked the knowledge of what they are doing and they explained to us what they are doing.

From estimate to install they were punctual and professional.
One word of caution, this operation is pretty big, so the estimater is not the guy doing
the work so make sure if you want something done a specific way that you
talk to the installer and make sure he is in agreement with your
vision of service.
