This is the second time I have used this company and again, I'm so impressed with all aspects of their service. He stayed to run quite a bit of water to be sure the drain was opened and checked and snaked the downstairs shower because it was running a little slow.

I had previously been given the worst possible news from another local drain company that I had a collapsed pipe sitting under my concrete foundation that was causing a near-complete blockage in my water drainage. I called one provider who gave me an estimate that with excavating the floor, installing new pipe, putting in new cement etc. that it was going to cost me $6000 for starters! I wanted a second estimate on that one, and received a referral from Central Plumbing and Heating to try One Stop Services. These guys came out and not only diagnosed the problem quickly, they had it fixed in a hurry. (The main oversight on the other drain company was that they didn't access all possible clean-outs to snake from) Anyway, I was so thrilled about the job they did I sent them some gift certificates. Derrick was the guy who fixed the blockage, and I think Lloyd was the one who first diagnosed the problem. Great service, great guys.

Our basement started filling with water last night and at first I suspected a burst pipe as it was coming in rather quickly but soon realized it was and quot;justand quot; a slow-flowing drain line. Called many local drain cleaners this morning and all told me they were booked. These guys worked me in to their schedule and came over in a few hours. We couldn't tell if the pipe in the yard was a cleanout for the septic or for our french drain and no water was flowing when water was run. He decided to snake through the basement drain and ended up hitting something and the water started flowing. It turns out what I thought was a sump hole in the foundation was actually a backflow valve that was stuck. He then checked the suspected cleanout in the yard and it was indeed for sewage. They were extremely helpful and informative. Would definitely recommend / use again!

The service I used to use never called me back so I found One Stop Services in Angies List. The pumper truck driver came out promptly and was professional and courteous. The lift station was already pumped down, so Charlie, the boss came out and did the sewer snake which cleared the clog which was at the junction with the holding tank. Charlie go the job done and he was professional, courteous and easy to work with even though the job ran into the dinner hour.

I first tried to unclog the drain my using a manually snake, but to no avail. I then called One Stop Service. I was very pleased with the service and price charged. The technician called before he came asking exactly what the problem was. Upon his arrival, he assessed the problem immediately and unclogged the drain from the washing machine. After completing the job (less than one hour) he cleaned up afgter himself and explained how the drains were pluimbed. This helped me understand why my efforts were to no avail. I highly recommend One Stop Service for all plumbing needs.

I have used this company twice. Both time they arrived on time and were very professional. They also were able to identify a problem where gravel had gotten into the septic and needed to be pumped out. They also snaked to remove a clog. I would definitely call them again and recommend them.

Sewer was backed up in the downstairs laundry room. The repairman came out within an hour. The sewer line had frozen because of the lack of snow and the permafrost going deeper than usual. He cleaned out the drain line and
checked the inside and outside drain to make sure it was all clear.
He did a good job and was friendly and pleasant to talk with. I would definitely call them again if I have another problem. But hope that it is a long, long time from now!

It went well. He removed the toilet, ran the snake thru the drain and ran water to make sure the water wasn't backing up. Checked the drain in the bath tube and realized the stopper for the drain in the bath tube was broken. Replace the seal to the toilet and made sure it wasn't leaking

I would recommend them to a friend. I considered them professional, quick and trustworthy. The cost was what I expected and I will certainly use them again. Deric even took the time to teach us more about our plumbing. Thank you.

They came when requested and on time. This company is efficient and knowledgeable about their craft.

They were incredibly reasonable so I kept their receipt to use them again. It was outrageously reasonable. I would recommend them. They were incredible. I was extremely impressed with them because I had two other plumbers but these were the only ones to fix it. They were here within 24 hours from making the appointment and they were punctual.

I had water backing up in my garage. We didn't know what it was from so we called One Stop, they came out the next day I believe. They snaked the drain in the garage to see if that would clear it up. It didn't so they went to the backyard and checked the pipes out there. They said it looked like it was working properly so they next step was digging up my back yard to check the pipes underground. They were right the where off centered from each other so things couldn't get through. So they repalced the connectors and pipes and it has worked fine ever since, they where very nice and professional and very punctual. I would recommend them to anyone with septic problems.

I thought the pricing was fair. They were punctual, and knew their job. I didn't have to call them back. They came when I needed them, and I didn't have to wait. I have a rental, and they were there the same day. They were really good. I would call them again because I have their card on my refrigerator.

The performance was flawless. Fast and Friendly.

However, I had issue with the initial contact with the company. I placed a call around 11am and was told the tech would be out at 1pm or sooner. At 1:30 no one had shown up yet. I called the co. back and ot a fast busy. This was very frustrating. I decided to wait and give them a bit longer. I then call again 20 min later and spoke with someone who informed me they were running late and still going to show up within 45 minutes. (I realize some jobs go longe than expected so being late wasn't what I realy had a problem with. It was the fact I was not contacted and sat around wondering if someone was going to show up...they should have called and let me know they were going to be late.) This is the reason I gave this co. an F for punctuality and a C for Responsiveness. On everything else I gave them an A so that is a 2.8 (between a B and C) so overall a C+.

Even though I gave them a C+ I would give them a second.

My overall experience was positive from start to finish. My only complaint was that the service call, if calculated on a hourly basis . seemed expensive for the time required to resolve my problem

We were concerned about getting somebody on a holiday (Pres. Day) but there was no extra holiday charge. One Stop answered phones promptly and sent somebody within a few hours. They fixed the drain for the minimum call out charge. My only real complaint is that they said they'd be at our home at 1 pm and several hours later they hadn't arrived. It would have been nice to have a phone call saying they were running late.

He did a good job. He was punctual and that was a big plus, that puts him head and shoulders above everyone else. He got in there and knew what to do. He showed up before me at my rental property and by the time I arrived he was done. It was simple, but he did a good job. I thought the price was high, but I was satisfied with the work and more than willing to pay for it. I wouldn't hesitate using him again.

We had a clogged toilet on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. They were here within an hour of calling, did the work quickly, and charged a reasonable amount.
