Initially company did a full cleaning of our home, which went well. We then hired them for weekly cleanings. Initially some annoying behaviors occurred, such as tucking away items (such as hairdryers and such) in unlikely places. However, we tolerated this. Only the owner speaks marginal English; so communication was difficult. They quit cleaning our home, citing other jobs. This was understandable since our home is in a relatively remote location, and winter roads can be icy. However, what is unforgivable is in the weeks prior to quitting multiple items of Jewelry were stolen. This was done gradually, and was not noticed until I looked for a particular pendant. Several are missing, some held significant sentimental value. Do not let these people into your home unless you are there to observe. I suspect they may have had a disgruntled employee, however, they are ultimately responsible. I am heartbroken and my home feels violated.
