I had a jewelry set I wanted to have appraised for insurance purposes. I contacted 3 appraiser and Dana was the first to return to call. The second place called a day after Dana, and the third never called back.  Dana had the more reasonable price out of the two locations, and made me feel more welcome, too. (The other place was rather snobby.) I took my jewelry set to her on our set day, and I couldn't be happier with her service. She inspected, measured and weighed everything, then took pictures so I could take my jewelry back with me.  This was on a Friday and she said she would mail my appraisal as soon as she was finished. That Tuesday, I had my appraisal in hand and was able to insure my set. She was very friendly and professional. I have since refered someone to her who was also happwith her service and I plan to use her again in the future.

She works by appointment only, so I scheduled an appointment with her.   She was punctual - I didn't have to wait for my scheduled time.  She took my ring and examined it carefully with various tools of the trade, and photographed it.  Payment for the appointment was easy - I was able to pay with a credit card.  After she had all the physical info she needed to make her appraisal, she returned the ring to me, I left, and received a detailed appraisal report (10 pages) within a few days.
