I was able to get a same day appt when I was unable to get any other plumbing companies after I came home from vacation and my home was frozen over (pretty much). Mr Libby even called a plumber for us and set up an appointment. Amazing service!

After Mountain Mechanical came out and they did refer me to them, they came out rather punctually. It was almost the same day. They were very punctual and very fast because I was concerned whether or not I was going to get any service at all, and with the fact that things at that time of the year are crazy so when they came to my house quickly, I was pleased. I learned something new about the type of service that they provide. They actually run an electrical charge over your pipes and it thaws it out. It's very effective. With regards to frozen pipes, they have to cut in through your line and that's the same thing that any plumber would do. They would cut a segment of your line and drain whatever liquid water is in there out and then they hook up their electrical equipment to it and energizes the copper pipe and thaws out the ice, and then they drain it out. All you have to do is apply the water again to fill up your water line and you've got heat. I never knew that that's what they use, but now I do. If I have frozen pipes again, I am going to call them for sure. I think they went above and beyond for me with their ability to come to my address within minutes.
