They refused to pay for deck issue they caused had to go to BBB

I used them for a summer. The pricing was fair. Whenever the guy is sitting in the middle of the cul-de-sac and calls me "hey baby", that was more than I could handle. That is why I discontinued the service. I won't say I'm an old woman but I think I was in my 50's at that time, it was a younger guy and as a woman I felt really disrespected. They tried to make it right and tell me that they reprimanded him, but that guy was still coming out to do my lawn.

Work was okay. Took less time than they bill for.

I have used JUST LAWNS before and although more expensive than other companies, they do a decent job of cutting grass. I scheduled a one time cut in August as I was out of town for 2 weeks. I was charged $95 for the cut and $27 for bagging and hauling the grass. I live on about 1/3 of an acre. Who in there right mind would pay $127 to have their grass cut? The time I used them before was $60. When I called to complain about the excessive charges, the billing person Cheryl, was extremely rude, raised her voice, and was extremely unprofessional. BUYER BEWARE!!!

That they do a good job, I mean a fairly good job it's not excellent but they do it pretty good. They do what I don't want to do, just keep on doing what they are doing. They do exactly what I ask them if I do go out there and ask them something, they are right on time they say they are going to be there within a week and they are, they don't have a set time they just show up and do their job.

They are unethical. Quote less than they bill, when you receive the bill and call to discuss it takes forever for the owner Joe to return calls. By then they have provided the service even longer and continue to bill more. Office staff not helpful, they state the Owner has to call which can take weeks. They put a price in writing, billed more, called them to tell them they made a mistake, took awhile to find they had no intention of changing their billing back to the amount they quoted. By then they had "provided the service". Termed their service, paid them what they quoted. They filed a collection and I had to pay because they Provided the service. Don't use them.

The guys who did the work did a great job. Unfortunately the owner lost my check and apparently others who paid by check. I had to pay to put a stop payment on the check, send another check and the owner never provided an explanation as to how this happened or what was being done to see it didn't happen in the future. The entire situation was not handled very well in my opinion.

Terrible service and unresponsive customer care. It did start out ok,but when I noticed the mechanical damage they had caused to the base of my apple tree trunk I was concerned. I planted this tree 4 years ago with my grandsons. It had a good crop last year. Now it is badly injured and I'm praying it doesn't die. A tree expert came and confirmed the damage was caused by careless use of the trimmer. I took pictures and sent them to the email address for Just Lawns. I talked to Cheryl who said Joe (the owner) would call me. That was a week ago. He never called. I asked Cheryl not to send the crew out again until this got resolved and that didn't happen either. On Wednesday, they came and whacked the tree some more. I was and still am very upset. Took more pictures sent another email, called again and ended my agreement with them. Although the gal that answered the phone was very apologetic the owner, who should have taken responsibility, has not addressed the issue. I wouldn't recommend his company to anyone. No one has bothered to reach out and make some kind of restitution for the damages. Terrible customer service by the owners. I am hoping my tree survives but may not know until next spring.

We had a couple of issues and they came back and took care of it. I am considering changing because they come on garbage day and I don't want to haul them back and forth from the street to the back yard and then back to the street on the day of garbage pick-up. I want them to do it on a Monday and they come on Tuesday which is garbage day. That way I could leave them there.

We pay $45 every week for the mowing, and the fall and spring clean ups are about $200. It has gone very well. They always do a good job on the lawn.

Once again, Just Lawns has done a phenomenal job! We've used them for several years for both spring and fall clean-up. The crew that takes care of our lawn obviously takes great pride in their work. The work is consistently well done, and in our view, above and beyond. Emails are consistently answered. We will gladly continue to use Just Lawns for our lawn care.

We had used Just Lawns for both mowing and plowing. Generally provided good service at reasonable prices. Recently, we had our house painted and they came to mow shortly after. They ran the mower against the side of the house in multiple locations which had to be repainted. The owner agreed to come out and look. We set a time and he did not show. He did not call to follow up and I received a bill for that day's work.

Customer Service was lousy....left messages but most were not returned...
Raised price of snow plowing w/o giving any notice...
Lawn workers damaged property and tried to hide the damage instead of reporting it....Just Lawns eventually paid for damage but
never called to discuss the situation or apologize
I was a customer for 2=3 years and always paid my bill but was dropped because I would not give them my credit card number....instead of adjusting the software billing system to accommodate a customer who always paid the bill in a timely manner they decided to drop me again without informing me of their decision

Two guys came and they had blowers, mowers, edgers, weed wackers and just went to work quickly and it saved me hours of time racking. They asked if there was anything else they could do and I had them move some heavy items around. They were pleasant and efficient. I would use them again.

Just Lawns is terrific in my book.
They were here to begin our third season and man, did they work. I was gone a lot last Fall, but did not
realize how many leaves did not get cleaned out of the brush in the back yard.
Dave and Eric, today's crew, were exceptionally polite, hardworking, and communicated well. That has been our experience
the two prior seasons as well.
When there's extra work required, the crew boss always discusses the need and anticipated cost ahead of time with me.
I have always been satisfied with the service they provide and the way the yard looks when they are finished.
