+ -1 moreTerrence Johnson was extremely rude to myself and my family during the entire year he was managing my property in Anchorage. I signed an agreement for him to manage the property and he was pleasant until the next day after the signed papers were signed. He placed tenants in the apartment that never paid rents on time and they even destroyed my apartment. I had a very difficult time dealing with him during the whole process and I will never recommend his services for anyone. Google's search page show more reviews.
