All employees were professional, prompt, and answered all of my questions. Prices were reasonable. It did seem to be fairly busy, so I did have to wait a little to get my vehicle in. Otherwise, the service was good and the prices were reasonable.

I always go to Jiffy Lube to get my oil change, they are great. They give me all the options on what kind of oil i want, if i would like my filter changed and they show me the old one, they also vacuum my car too with the oil change. They also send me coupons in the mail so i get great service at low price that's also discounted with the coupon.

They said I had to get a special fuel filter because my truck is a 2012 which was required by the manufacturer. So I came home and told my husband and he called the manufacturer and they said it was not required. I won't be going back to that one.
