Green Clean Team

She's always punctual. She does a really good job. She uses green-type cleaning supplies, not like super harsh chemicals. She always does a good job. I never see her. She comes when I'm at work and then she leaves and then I come home to a clean house. She's actually really great with my dogs too.

None of the bathrooms were thoroughly cleaned. The floors were clearly not mopped and windows got a minimal cleaning. The charges were way too high for having a trainee do some of the work.

The cleaning was reasonable, but not as good as I'm used to. The weirdest thing to me was that they didn't empty the waste baskets! In response to my email, she replied that it was an extra service- only on request, extra charge.

Other things that I was disappointed about- living room wasn't vacuumed well (little bits left on the floor), bay window wasn't cleaned (even after I specifically mentioned it), table tops weren't oiled, couch wasn't vacuumed. These were all things that my previous cleaners did, at 50% less cost. The baseboards in the hallway were streaked with black rubber from the vacuum cleaner wheels and I had to scrub that off. My previous cleaners also occasionally did the guest bedroom and bathroom for free, but she told me it would be an additional $30 when I wanted those done.

It went great. My rental was in excellent condition for the new tenant. Elizabeth made a stressful experience a lot less stressful.

The Green Clean Team does a GREAT job every other week cleaning my home with non toxic cleaners. They arrive every other Thursday while I am at work and clean my home from top to bottom. The house always looks great when I come home. They do the floors, bathrooms, kitchen, make the bed, and take out the trash. The house is always spotless and I LOVE the fact I don't have to worry about my 10 month old, us or the 3 dogs being exposed to harmful chemicals. They are really responsive and great to work with!

Elizabeth and Crystal were very punctual and professional. Since I have pets and a toddler, I was interested in using a company that did not use harsh chemicals to clean, which is one of the reasons I chose the Green Clean Team. The house was very clean without the smell of harsh chemicals.



I wasn't satisfied with how the oven cleaning turned out, but I contacted Elizabeth and she was very quick to respond with an apology and told me it would be taken care of on their next visit. They are very easy to work with and are very prompt at responding to emails and text messages (my primary forms of communication). I am very much looking forward to them coming back!

Green Clean Team was professional from the get-go. My initial call was returned within the hour, and Elizabeth came to my house the next day for an estimate. When they arrived, I was very happy to see a cleaning bucket filled with non-toxic, Seventh Generation cleaning products and vinegar. They cleaned everything in the house, top to bottom. They even dusted the tops of door trim and cleaned inside cabinets. When they were done, the house was spotless and smelled clean, not chemical-filled. Elizabeth and Crystal were efficient and thorough in their cleaning. As a result of this, we are considering using them on a monthly basis in our new house.
