Vicente was recommended by our realtor to prep our home for sale.
He made the process very smooth for us and was extremely polite and professional in his demeanor (I would be happy to have him working around my children).
Specifically, Vicente was aware of code requirements and helped ensure we were making our home up to code, completed all jobs we asked him to do at a very competitive price and noticed several additional items that were important to fix, gave us alternatives when appropriate and did a thorough and visually appealing job on everything he touched.
He said he looks at a home from both the seller's and buyer's perspective and strives to make the result great for both parties. This was aligned with our objectives and we are pleased with the outcome.
I recommend Vicente highly and look forward to working with him again.
