That's it. He came. He evaluated. He suggested we do what was best for us, which meant us getting warranty work done and he got nothing. (We had not considered warranty since our place is over 2 years old.)

Nate is amazing, his attention to detail and honesty are the best thing about him. He treated our job as if he was doing the install in his own home. He is was punctual and a very hard worker. Nate did an incredible job. He was responsive to inquiries and worked very quickly when on the job. He was there when he said he would be and was flexible in accommodating our crazy schedule and working around changes we imposed. He went through the project with us and made sure we ordered everything he needed to get the job done and even fixed a bathroom threshold on the spot with extra parts he had on hand spur of the moment. He was also polite and cleaned up after himself. He is very good at what he does and I would definitely hire him again.

Extremely competent and professional.  My son in law and I have installed laminate and tile and know of the scope of the work.  We were hesitant to do the work as it is a sunken living room, had a banister, bay window and fireplace to work around with the hardwood that would make for difficult cuts and finish.  Mr. Fleck worked alone which added to some apprehension due to the complexity and scope of the job.  He worked long and hard and took great care to make exacting cuts to match and join up the hardwood.  At the finish we were impressed with his skill and work ethic.  I highly recommend his services and would use his services again no problem.  Very professional and competent.

Nathan did a great job on the hardwood and the carpet. He did an expert job fitting the hardwood around the baseboard heater and all of the nooks and crannies. He was very careful while moving the appliances. He didn't mind me looking over his shoulder during the work.
Even though he was working by himself, the whole job only took 2 days. He works quickly and efficiently and doesn't waste any time. Our floor had some dips in it and he applied levelling compound - now you can't even tell they were there. He was also willing to move a large piece of furniture which my wife and I couldn't manage. Overall, we were very satisfied with his work. The price quoted was for material and labor.

Superb installation with many difficult steps to join existing floors on different levels.
Undercuts on banisters, bay window, and slate fireplace was done exactly as wood fit in exact fit to cutout.
Very professional work on a demanding installation.
