Roofing
Tony had best price and did quality work. BUT he ignored standpipes because he said that costs extra. So the new roof was leaking at the standpipes. Then we argued because I wasn't paying. He said he'd come tear the roof off if I didn't pay.
We had a 3rd party mediate. I paid, he fixed standpipes, and the roof is good.
