FIRE & FLOOD SVC

Stephan called me as soon as he completed his inspection and went over his findings. He is providing a line-item quote for everything that needs attention. We have yet to actually do any of the work as we are the planning process but look forward to working with this company on the nicotine clean-up.

They made my house look pretty. Our insurance company covered the entire work. They had suggested Fire and Flood Service. They told me that I could choose anyone I wanted but if I chose someone from their preferred list, I would get a three-year warranty instead of a one-year warranty and Fire and Flood Service was from their preferred list. What stood out about Fire and Flood Service was their courtesy, their timeliness and the fact that the owner of the business stopped by every day to make sure that his crew had everything that they needed. He even checked with me to know how his crew was doing. He wanted to check how quickly the water was drying and if anything else had to be done for that, because everything had to be dried before they did any restoration or remodeling work. So he was here daily to check that. They checked for molds or water damages, removed the water completely, and then remodeled. They restored things back to the original condition, in fact, to a better condition.
