They came out promptly to provide an estimate, picked up the furniture and returned them in less than a week.  Excellent quality and service.  We are very happy with the results.  The furniture had become soft and you sank into the couches and chairs a bit.  They recommended a much firmer foam filling and updated the webbing to support the improvements.  Courteous and professional.  Fine Line Interiors was referred to me by a friend who has used them many times over the past twenty years.  Excellent quality work.

I took my snow machine seat to them to be recovered.  When it was finished, I picked it up and paid cash.  Upon arriving at home I put it on the sled only to discover it no longer fit.  When I contacted Fine Line they indicated (with attitude) that they do 200 sled seats a year and have never had any problems.  We then e-mailed photos showing a distinct gap that is painfully obvious that is doesn't belong.  This wasn't good enough, so we had to load the sled up, take it down there, and the owner still refused to acknowledge any problem at all.  Please see doo talk and back country rebels forums to review pics.  It's truly unbelievable the lack of accountability displayed by FineLine.
