Extreme Drywall

Bryce stood me up on the first appointment and said he "lost all my information", but when I went to tell him my address, he said he "had all that already". So how he knew my address but not my phone number...either he wasn't being honest or had really poor administration skills. On the second attempt of having him look at the project, he came over, on time. He looked at project and said he would give me an estimate right away (couple days). More than a week later, I texted him, asking about the estimate. He told me he would work on it over the weekend and have it to me by Monday. The next week came and went. I called him, left a message. Bryce never returned my call. Now it's been about 5 or 6 weeks since I first reached out to him for services and he has not ever sent me an estimate nor got back in touch with me. I'm going to be using someone else. If this is an indication of how the project is going to go once it's started, then I don't want this level of customer service.

Bryce Jones, the owner, came out to do the work. The work was excellent. I got his name from a friend and we decided to give him a try. The process was very easy and everything turned out great.
