From the start, Dominic was reliable, helpful and he and his team were all highly skilled. Dominic took time to discuss our ideas fully and consulted us, as a matter of routine, as the job progressed. The floor tiling was extended and the new drywall put up, using a crew of three people and was completed in a few days. The construction of the shower was an education as we had not appreciated how time consuming it is to build a custom shower including a tiled ceiling. Lots of stages and setting time required, so quite a lot of coming and going as the thin set and water barriers were built up to construct the shower base and the ceiling tiles propped up a few at a time. As the depth of the main tiles was more shallow than the detail tiles, this required a lot more time to provide for a flush final surface, which was our preference. (We had purchased the tiles without considering this issue!) We were very impressed with Dominic's approach to his work, which included a strong commitment to quality workmanship plus an appreciation that remodels sometimes throw up the unexpected. To him, that was the norm and part of doing such work. He is a "people-person" and very patient. We are delighted with the result and have another two phases of the remodel to complete and Dominic will be our preferred contractor to carry out the work. We felt entirely relaxed to leave him or his employees in the house when we were not present and trust is an important issue for us. We have already recommended him to a friend.

Its my only bathroom and they really worked hard to keep it useable for me in the evenings. He worked around me buying supplies and exchanged a tub for me that was cracked out of the box. Would definitely hire again for other projects.

Remodel of main bathroom. Love our floor which Dom suggested - he also suggested a higher sink which we love. It was the best balance between what we wanted and the contractor offering discounted prices according to what was available to him.

Both of the projects went excellent and he kept us updated as to the progress the entire time.
