East Side Auto Repairs & Tire Shop

We took our two vehicles in for a routine oil change (a pickup and a mini-van). There were three people working behind the counter, one took our keys and the other left with the first man to go change our oil. We had one customer ahead of us who was seen and taken care of withing 15 minutes. Nearly and hour later, we were informed that our cars were about to be serviced. They were in and out quite quickly with the vehicles, less than 10 minutes. However, as we were leaving we noticed a strange odor in the vehicle. Assuming there was oil on the engine, we drove home and checked under the hood to be sure.
THERE WAS AN ENTIRE FULL QUART OF OIL IN IT'S BOTTLE WEDGED INTO AND MELTING ALL OVER OUR EXHAUST MANIFOLD!!
My husband checked his truck and not only was the oil cap not replaced, it is gone. This is the single WORST experience I have ever had with vehicle maintenance in my life!!! I will NEVER go back.
