I would highly recommend Earhart. Our roofing job was a big one – replacing an old cedar shake roof with architectural series asphalt shingle. Mike from Earhart came out to do an estimate within a day of my call. He helpfully left sample boards so we could spend some time deciding on the shingle we’d like. The estimate was emailed to us within a couple of days and, when I compared Earhart’s estimate against the other three I’d gotten, I found they were the best priced (in fact, for the exact same shingle, underlayment and process, Earhart came in $8,000 less than a very well-known local company). The job was started on time and finished within the time frame they gave me. The new roof looks fantastic and the guys on site did a pretty good job cleaning up - do be prepared that a job that big doesn't happen without a few bumps and roofing often creates some collateral issues with landscaping (debris in shrubs, broken limbs here and there, etc.) and sometimes gutters. But here is another reason I’d hire Earhart again: service after the sale (meaning after I’d written the check!). There was an issue with our lock down chimney damper while the roofers were installing chimney cap – Earhart worked with my chimney repair person and took care of that bill. Weeks later when I noticed water overflowing from a couple of gutters, Earhart had their guys here within 2 hours of my phone call to fix the issue (tightening the attachment of one and cleaning debris out of another). That’s great service in my book.

Excellent. Had to go back to them because one of the workers dropped a bundle of shingles on new gutters from previous year. No questions asked they paid gutter people to replace damaged section.

We had an original structural issue with our roof, especially around the chimney base. The problem persisted for over 30 years, with different contractors being paid to address the issue. The problem would disappear or diminish for a time, but would always return. Every instance caused additional damage that required additional repairs, mostly to the ceiling in our garage. This company FINALLY did what it took to identify and permanently fix the problem. They were even able to fit us in during their busy summer season in a timely manner. We really should have called them 7 years ago when we purchased the property. You should call them now.

The company responded right away for the job and was out to my home in a couple of days. Received mt invoice the following day & paid them the day after. From the ground looking at my roof I could tell the shingles were done but wasn't sure about the vent. I went to inspect for myself and discovered the ridge vent/cap was not taken care of. I emailed the company and after two days I called them. They said they responded but further check into my email there was no response. The person I talked to said there would be a crew out to finish the job. It's been 3 days now and nothing.

Overall fine. Placed the call Earhart Roofing, told them of what I needed done, they were at my home within two days and completed the job. They gave upfront disclosure of expected work & costs

I’d would give them an “A” for my overall experience.  For price I’d probably give them a “B” plus they weren’t the lowest but they weren’t the highest either.  I’d give them all “A’s” and I’d use them again.  They were very very easy to work with.

We called two roofing companies for an estimate. Earhart did a complete inspection of the roof-on the roof. He went over the estimate with us. The other company looked at the roof from the driveway and left. He later left the estimate stuck on the garage door. From beginning to end, Earhart was professional and delivered what was promised. Highly recommend.

I am very pleased with the work they did. The manager kept in contact for scheduling. Workers were very courteous and professional. Even pointed out when the wrong colored ridge vent tiles were in manufacturers box and they returned the next business day to replace with the correct color.

The cleanup was superb, I didn’t find a single nail in the yard, and they took the moss too. It was a very professional job and I would use them again.

When my date became available they had two different teams of workers.   First team came in and removed the old roof and cleaned up as they went along.      The next day the team of roof replacers.   I thought of them as the "swat team" of roofers!!!   Both teams came fully equipped and were fast and efficient.   I was so happy with their work.   I got my warranty and feel confident that if I ever have a problem I know they will be there to help.      As a home owner I know the roof is a very important.    I didn't want to hire someone with just a "cell phone number" that I wouldn't be able to reach in the future.    Earhart has been in business in Anchorage for a long time.   I can see why they have a good reputation!!!

They sent two teams, the first team was removal of old roofing materials and prep work. They had someone cleaning up as they went along. The second team came over and replaced the roofing. Both teams were like the "swat team of roofers" fast , effective and fully equipped. They got the job done. I felt confident in their work. Earhart Roofing was fabulous to work with. They were efficient, clean, fairly priced, and provided top-notch quality work. And they stuck to their bid and timeframe! I would definitely recommend them to any and all who ask for a roofing recommendation.

My roof on my home was damaged by a windstorm. I've never had to deal with roofers before and Earhart Roofing was the first company I contacted. From that initial contact, Earhart Roofing quickly came out, surveyed my damage, sent a crew out to do emergency/temporary repairs, and got me a estimate within a couple of hours. The forecast called for rain the same evening and their quick temporary repairs was really a great relief. Earhart Roofing came and repaired my roof within a week, and as far as I can tell it was done quickly and professionally, the roof in question is two floors up, so can only see the new roof from the ground. So in short, I would highly recommend Earhart Roofing for you roofing needs.

I am pleased with the encounter from beginning to end and would recommend the company to other people. I've owned this place for 30 years and have had the roof replaced twice before. Was not happy with the other two companies I had used. Had problems with a roof area and when I called 6 months after it had been one company was no longer around. Guarantees don't mean much when nobody is there to fix it! Earhart also did not require a percentage up front and that told me they had money for labor and materials without needing it from me. That shows stability. I had also based my choice of companies on BBB reports, Angie's List reviews and number of years in business. Cost was with $500 discount but a little over bid for extra plywood and insulation unknown at the time but disclosed that it was a possibility. He showed pics of why it was needed. Tried to enter cost but section for that below did not cooperate. Final cost was $11,174.

Very professional from beginning to end, not only did they install the roof but replaced rotted wood where needed and corrected a design flaw, they cleaned up the yard to the point you never knew they had been there, I know I wont need them again in the near future, but I do recommend them Highly.

Of contractors we contacted for quotes, theirs was the first in. The price was slightly higher, but unlike the others, we didn't fear unexpected additional costs later because Earhart's inspection/quote were so thorough. 
Old roof was removed and repairs made on one day. On the second day the new roof, ridge vent, flashing, etc. went on. A few days later the gutters went on and now we've washed our hands of that project for - we hope - another twenty years. 
Everyone on the team, from start to finish, was responsive and pleasant to deal with.
