They quoted me four days and it only took three. They showed up 15 minutes prior to when they told me and gathered their things so they were ready to start on-time. Cesar was very professional as was his assistant. I had just had cabinets delivered and installed and he was very clean with the grout. Our contractor had told us to buy this very expensive product for our flooring and Cesar told us that would be overkill and it was a waste of money. That saved us hundreds of dollars as we were able to return the product. He mastered the layout, which was very technical, and a few companies told me they weren't willing to do attempt a herringbone pattern. I will be calling him to do our tile backsplash throughout our kitchen once our countertops are installed.
He was able to start when schedule and he completed it a few hours early. The workers were very clean and they used tarps to protect things whenever needed. They removed all trash and dirt everyday and left everything spotless when they were done.
The quality of the work was excellent -- I would use Distinctive Tile again.
