They are always very friendly and will work you in as soon as they can. All of the staff are friendly and professional and take the time to talk to you and explain what they are doing and all of the options to help you make good choices for your house.
We have used Denali to retrofit our house with baseboard, which is a huge job and they did amazing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They are honest, friendly, quick, and great at what they do.

Removed old heater, installed new heater, took old heater away. Everything works. No problems since.

My furnace went out in the middle of a very cold snap. I didn't want to pay $10,000 for a new, high efficiency furnace. He was able to put in "a workhorse" that works beautifully, doesn't use any more natural gas than the last one - and has called to follow up on how it is working.

They are fast and efficient. The only problem that I had with them was that I was not really sure at that time that it was $120 minimum. They did tell me it was $120 an hour but they only did work for half an hour. That was my own fault, I did not ask. I would probably use them in the future but I would make sure that I know how much it is going to cost all the way around.
