Dave did an amazing job. We purchased an older piano 30+ years. He brought it back to life. He has it singing again and it sounds beautiful. He took his time and he explained the process. He clearly loves pianos and his job. I highly recommend him!

This man loves pianos and it shows in his work. My mom hired him to work on a piano (Steinway) that she bought refurbished in Germany. He made that piano sing! He worked for hours and when he was through the voice of the piano was beautiful. Mom says he has a permanent job and will use no one else in the future.

Fabulous! David was here in September for the piano tuning at at that time, we discussed that the felt on the music board needed replacing. I had the felt and David agreed to do the repair. He believed that he could procure a higher quality felt and did so, crediting me with the cost of the felt I had provided. The repair is faultless and beautiful. More importantly, my piano was made to sound spectacular, better than I can ever recall it sounding. It was as if he had given me a new grand piano. I have always maintained the piano and have it tuned yearly, but I have to tell you, his tuning was over the top. This man punches above his weight when it comes to tuning an instrument. His pricing is extremely competitive and reasonable. i will definitely use David for my future piano tuning and highly recommend him to others.

Wonderfully well. Mr Cuffel spent nearly the entire day carefully working on every removable piece of the instrument until the sound was near perfection. My daughter-in-law, a professional pianist, visited a few days later and gave her professional opinion that the tuner had worked magic and the piano had never sounded so well in the nearly 20 years she had been acquainted with it. Mr. Cuffell clearly loves his work and gives his all to accomplishing his task.

David did a grand job. He was wonderful.

David came to our home to tune my piano. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He was there approximately 4 hours. He did an outstanding job and I would definitely recommend his services. It is obvious that he truly loves what he does and he has a great ear for tone and music. I am extremely pleased.

David arrived on time and was very warm, respective, and courteous. He is very knowledgable and explained every step in his process. There were some tools that he forgot that he had to leave to go get but did not charge for the extra time. We had to order a new string and he called me with updates on the expected delivery time. He is meticulous and you can sense his good heart and love for music. Awesome experience!
