Excellent. I called several plumbers since I have used Dand H but wasn't sure when he could get to me. One plumber actually came out and had never serviced a lift station before, Thankfully he didn't charge me. I've used Dand H in the past, I've actually used them for the past 5-6 years and I will use them in the future. He is a small business so gets very busy and sometimes if it is not urgent, your issue may have to wait. But I will never use another plumber. I only trust and use Dand H Plumbing for their quality of work and I do not feel like I'm being ripped off.
