They showed me the problem, gave me my options, took care of the problem. Great work.

They are busy all the time. Very honest and reasonable prices, but it takes a while to get your car into the shop.

They treat me with so much respect. Bill is so kind and I continue to bring my car here for service. They always welcome me back if there's any issue. They are always thorough and trying to do the right thing.

Bill is a very respectful man. He took care of me, treated me with respect and told me what he's going to do. He explained the completion/problems in detail in a respectful manner.

My 11 year old Ford Escape died over the weekend - CPR made it right! On a busy Monday morning without an appointment my car arrived on their doorstep via tow truck and by mid-day Tuesday I drove off a happy guy...well, as happy as could be expected!
I wanted to try a new shop - I wasn't all that happy with the shops I had used for years. I decided to join Angie's List to help with the search. Was I surprised to learn one of the best shops in town is right down the street from me! I'd driven buy it thousands of times... doesn't look like much outside but don't be fooled. Very clean and well organized inside. Comfortable waiting area - TV, refreshments etc.
I had a good idea what the problem was and I was able to discuss it with them without being treated like an idiot. I had several encounters with Bill and members of his team both on the phone and in person and it was always friendly, respectful and professional. Work order was placed promptly and I was kept informed of progress at every step. After inspection confirmed a bad alternator, I was given the option of new vs rebuilt replacement part - for $20 more I opted for new. They also suggested a new serpentine belt since everything was already disassembled and it made sense to do it at the same time - I did not view this as an and quot;up-selland quot; but a reasonable suggestion and agreed it was a good idea.
I authorized the quote over the phone (which was right on the money - no surprises at check out.) Just a little over 24 hours after dropping the car off I was back on the road. And a bonus they don't advertise - just for being a customer a free 1 year roadside assistance plan was thrown in!
Unexpected car repairs are never pleasant - but Bill and crew made it as painless as possible.

Very well, Bill and his staff are professional in demeanor. All estimates were and quot;right onand quot;, no funny stuff, the car runs great and I always call CPR whenever my 1996 Saturn needs service, which isn't very often but I trust the work done, when it's needed.

The owner is very professional, as are his employees. He gave us an excellent quote, and the approximation of the 'finish' time was right on.

As long as Bill is in charge, the work is done quickly and professionally. He had no problem with me dropping my car off a day or 2 before my appointment, since that was the only time I could do it once. They also tow, if you need it.

There is a guy there named Bill that runs it and he is an honest guy. I had my son take the car over there to get the oil changed. I called him and talked to Bill to ask for new windshield wipers. He called me back and said we just put new ones on four months ago and you don't need new ones if its preventative.
