I was shocked at how much it cost!!! I had my Toyota 30,000 service at Kendall and it cost half as much. I was so disappointed that I refused to have any other service performed their because of their price. The only reason why I still receive my oil changes there is that the send me a coupon.

Very well. I have used Continential Volvo for all the service checks and oil changes on my Volvo XC90. They have always done an outstanding job and kept my vehicle in top running order. We got the extended warranty with the car and the very few issues that have popped up were addressed without argument by the service department.
This last time the tech even came out and talked to me about the car and the opportunity to update the software on the transmission, which was covered by warranty, it's just that it would take an extra 45 mins or so to install and they wanted to make sure that wouldn't put me out before they ran it. He went over what he did on the car and then went off to finish up what he briefed me on. Nice touch I thought, getting to meet the tech.
The staff is very patient and eager to give you your vehicle in top order. They gave me a coupon for a free car wash too.
Very good service department, in the 5 times I have used them, I have been very pleased.

They were great and their pricing was competitive. They also use genuine Subaru parts and they were professional and quick.

I love Subaru cars but the service department at Continental Subaru is sometimes slow. If you drop a car of to have something done and you are waiting for it, I've sat there for an hour before my car has moved in to the bay. They are very busy and they have a lot of stuff, but they don't manage their time well. They don't have a sense of urgency. I know they are doing the best they can, and I don't know if it is an employee or a staffing problem, but sometimes they are not, in my opinion, as quick as they should be. The good thing about it is they have a waiting room with free wifi and coffee. I think they have a popcorn machine. I bought the car there. The sales experience was good. I bought the car on a program through PSAA, and because of that program they couldn't negotiate with me and I got it at rock-bottom price. This is why most ski instructors drive Subarus because we get better deals than the dealerships. The official car of the PSAA is the Subaru Outback so you'll see every division has a representative and they will be driving an Outback covered in advertising for the PSAA National Ski Patrol.

It went well. I dropped my car off in the morning and they called later that afternoon for pick-up. They went over everything they had done to the car

Advisor was very professional, curtious, informative and helpful in setting up the appointment and when i got there to drop off my vehicle. The building is very clean and customer friendly, nice waiting area with coffee or water they also have vending machines. The waiting chairs are comfortable with a side table to use for your lap top or ipad. they also have a TV, wifi and magazines to read if you don't have any electronics. I was able to get a loaner car and my car was done by the end of the day as promised. They told me of future services that i may need and when my next oil change would be. I didn't feel like I was in a auto shop and was very comfortable. My car was in the same shape as when i left it, had no problems starting or driving after being worked on and my floors were A LOT cleaner!
Keep up the good work Continental Subaru!

I started experiencing a mysterious check engine light. I know from past experience that it notoriously difficult to diagnose these check engine lights and although it did eventually take multiple visits (which they didn't charge me for) to finally get to the bottom of the issue they did solve the problem and the car has been running strong for over a year (no engine lights since then!) They worked with me on the price (I needed a new head) to make sure I could get my car fixed rather than having to scrap it or sell it which means I got to keep my car on the road.

They charged $200 for a ridiculous clicker which took them 5 minutes to program it. I called them for problems with clicker, they asked me to get it in, I waited for just 30 minutes and it was done. Their cars are excellent. We had an older Legacy Wagon that my husband drives back and forth to Anchorage for over quarter of a million miles on it and we finally realized that it was time to get a new one. We had kept up with the maintenance on it and because it was an all-wheel drive I told my husband when it was time that I wanted a four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive, so we ended buying a Forester for my child. My husband is now driving a Subaru Baja and they are excellent cars. Whatever you need, four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive in Alaska it's a way to go. As long as we keep up with the maintenance we haven't had any real problems with their cars. If anything goes wrong, it's because it's getting older.

Car sale was okay, not great but okay. The service shop experience was terrible from the start. Every time I brought the car in, the technicians managed to poor oil all over the engine, smudge oil and various grime on the interior. My concerns as to troubles with the engine or other mechanical troubles while the warranty was active were blown off, after it lapsed well that was a different story. Despite having to pay to have the former warranty issue fixed, they managed to bungle it up 3 times and its still not fixed (who knew a power window could be such a problem). This from supposed 'trained' professionals was bad enough but the total lack of response from the company as a whole was upsetting. The last straw for me was when I took it in and they failed to fasten the hood which resulted in an unpleasant surprise on the highway. I finally took my car into another shop, and they had to spend over an hour removing the accumulated spilled oil from the engine before they felt comfortable letting it leave after they performed their work. Long story short, if you can't find any drunken five year olds to perform work on your car, take it to Continental Subaru. Such a shame as Subarus are wonderful cars.

I dropped my car off over an hour early with the intention of using the courtesy shuttle and was told the shuttle runs about every 30-45 minutes. I waited for over an hour before someone checked on the return of the shuttle and ended up being 30 mins late to a meeting. I asked to have my headlight replaced when I dropped my car off for the oil change. I was not quoted a price until I was called later and told that my fog light was out as well and it was going to cost over $100 to replace the 2 lights. I told them not to change any lights, that I would do it myself for that price! When I went to pick up my car at the end of the day, I was being charged for the oil change and headlight . When I recounted the earlier conversation about the headlights, the salesperson remembered and did not know why my light was replaced after telling the mechanics not to. Needless to say the best part of this experience was when the salesperson did not charge me for the headlight after it had been replaced. I just paid for the overpriced oil change.
