We called around because we thought we had either a powersource or motherboard problem. Of the five calls made of those who would do a housecall, Computer Medics (Juan), was the only one who did more than gave us fees and said that if it was the motherboard to plan on replacing the computer. He called back after a few minutes and said that our Dell model had a decent priced motherboard that would be cost effective to replace. He was able to come out the next day and - as it turned out it - determined quickly that it was the powersource. He also transfered files from an old computer to the current desktop in no time at all. I found him to be a friendly, interesting person who was able to explain in everyday terms what my problem was without me trying to translate from tech language. Would recommend him to any of my computer-baffled friends.
