Excellent. We interviewed three realtors and her estimates were closest to ours and she was very professional. We went with her high end estimate of $299k and our house was in contract within a week. The other estimates were 275k and $285k. They just wanted to sell fast and get their commission, not get the best deal for us. Chris has been there for us at all times and answered many questions. We have heeded her advice and everything has gone smoothly.

He is responsive. He did all the research for me. I was in remote location. He was able to look at houses and send pictures and video. I purchased the house unseen based on his information. He give me his recommendation and set up the home inspection. He is a good guy. I have recommended him up to six friends who have bought houses through him now. I would use him again.
