They are very polite. They take care of your home. They are very careful to not get dirt and such in it. If they are lacking a part, they make a call and someone drives it over, so there is no need for a return service necessary for something like that. They are kind of spendy, but they are worth it. They are on my call list.

We've been using Central Plumbing for years and not only in our own home, but on multiple rentals that we have. I've never had to call them back. They are the most expensive in town, but to my mind they're worth every penny.

Poorly, did not do job correctly first time took 2 days to come back and charged us to fix what they did not do the first time

They were very responsive and fixed my furnace issue quickly and at a reasonable able cost.

I have been using them for a long time.

Good overall. Very skilled plumbers - however, it seems the dispatch service overbooks the plumbers and they function as best as they can given the constraints.
Advice: book early in the day - our experience on 2 occasions is that plumbers are overbooked - if you schedule in the afternoon the plumber will probably arrive late and will need to hurry to leave close to 5. If they leave after 5 you may be asked to pay overtime or to pay for someone to come on another day if the job wasn't finished.

Our gas fireplace, which Central had installed about 6 years ago, wouldn't stay lit.  Called Central and they sent a technician right over.  He ran a complete diag. and replaced a bad switch.  It works fine now.

They were good.  They got here quickly and fixed the problem.  My mom was the one who dealt with them more than I did.  I would probably want to call around for better prices before I use them again in the future.               

I like them because they have very good staff that is very productive. They charge by the hour, but they work very fast. The guy, who came out, was very busy with the work. He cleaned up a lot of little messes around my house. There were little problems with the heating systems and he fixed them. So, it was a very positive experience. He charged me $1,400 for the service; it was a little expensive. I will absolutely use this company in the future.
