"Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. We appreciate your confidence and look forward to helping you with your plumbing and heating needs in the future."
"Thank you [Member Name Removed]! We always appreciate the extra time and effort that a customer takes to write a review. We love what we do and I feel it shows in the service we provide. Truly appreciated, September"
I will definitely be calling them for my bathroom remodel.
"We installed a new boiler for Ms. McCarl in August of 2009. We returned in October of 2009 and February of 2010 at no charge to the customer to purge air from the heat lines. The technician advised Ms. McCarl that all systems and components of the heating system were operating properly and that air must being getting in to the system because of a leak somewhere. Ms. McCarl advised there was no evidence of a leak anywhere and the problem must be with the boiler system. We performed routine heat maintenance services for Ms. McCarl in November of 2010 and again in September of 2011. Again, on both occasions had to purge the system of air. Again was told there was no evidence of a leak from any of the baseboard in the home. In April of 2012, Ms. McCarl discovered a leaking fitting in an existing baseboard in a closet hidden by clothing. We repaired the leak at the baseboard and Ms. McCarl refused to pay for the $196.50 service call Invoice. After repeated attempts to collect payment, the Invoice was turned over to collection in February 2013. We strive to provide our customers with excellent reliable service. We also appreciate when our customers take the time to write a review about the service we provide. This is a forum intended to provide consumers with honest opinions shared by consumers such as themselves. We attempted to keep Ms. McCarl as a satisfied customer but have failed to do so. We will continue to strive to provide the best service possible to our customers at a fair and reasonable cost. Sincerely, September Cassidy Office Manager"

We would love to know what we could have done differently to have earned an "A" rating from you regarding this service. We welcome any feedback you might have to offer. Sincerely, September Cassidy, Cassidy's Plumbing & Heating"
us find people who could help with floor work before he comes back to seat our toilet.
She set up an appointment about 2 days out and the plumber showed up on time and very quickly changed out the toilet and then the hot water heater. About 3.+ hours in all. I could not be happier! Very professional and good work. Will never use anyone else!
I had a busted hose bib replaced. I also had the water filter to the well moved/re-piped to a more accessibe location and stabilized and made easier to change the water filter in the future. And lastly, I had the furnace serviced. The plumber was very polite, knowledgable, informative and efficient. I will definitely call Cassidy's Pand H again. I live in Eagle River and it is hard to find a good quality plumber that can get the work done in a timely fashion.
