Timely and it’s been a few weeks since work was done. Brad is too the point and vehicle was done on time. Brakes are like new again. I decided at last minute to have oil changed and it was no problem. A positive experience. I decided to take our other vehicle there for routine maintenance.

Good customer service, done promptly, drives fine. Great to find a good honest mechanic! Will use again.

They're good. Good service. I didn't have to wait very long to get a tire changed over. The guy at the counter was nice to me, but he was using curse words to a guy on the phone. He wasn't mad or anything. They do good work for a fair price and got me out of there in good time.

Excellent. Fast, quality, professional and friendly service at a price far cheaper than the dealership. This was my first trip to Car Care Center and all the other positive reviewers on Angie's List were spot on. This place is an awesome find. I'll be back for all other car repair needs going forward.

They did a great job getting my truck in in a day's notice and actually worked an hour past closing to get the job done so I could get my car before the weekend. Great job!

It went great! We took my daughter's 99 Passat after a pop noise resulted in oil leak & poor performance. I told him I had already replace her mass air flow sensor (because the engine code came up as the MAF sensor) prior to the pop. Brad called me shortly after we dropped it off & let me know the inter cooler had blown, that it would have to be ordered, gave me an estimate, then gave me freight options and prices. We didn't need the car right away so we opted for the cheapest freight (the slowest one). Brad obliged & told me he expected to have it in and the car back to us by Friday (a week out but only because the slow freight option we chose). We were incredibly surprised when we drove by today (Monday) and noticed the car was back in the garage. We were even more surprised to find out the part had arrived already (mind you we dropped the car off Friday afternoon and they aren't open weekends) and that he had it ready to go AND that they had discovered the MAF sensor had broke as well, so he went ahead and got the part & installed it for us. He also informed us of the other issues he noticed BUT instead of being fake & telling us we had to get it fixed & try to get extra money from us, he advised that we take it to the dealer for further evaluation. He patiently answered all my questions including whether or not my daughter should keep the car, gave us his recommendations on which cars to look for and which to stay away from, and showed me all the parts he replaced & what was wrong with each. In the past, I've felt other auto repair shop employees talked down to me & tried to take advantage of me being I'm a female (even though I know quite a bit about my cars and do quite a bit of repairs myself). Not Brad though. I felt he was honest and upfront and treated me like a human. I will not hesitate to go back there for any future repairs I am unable to perform myself. I will also be spreading as much word of mouth as I can about how great and honest they are!

Brad and Car Care Center provided us with excellent service.  One of our calipers froze and we needed someone to look at it quickly.  Brad agreed to get us in same day.  He walked through everything that they found after inspecting, but before going ahead with the work.  He explained what we needed and why as well as what we didn't need.  He made recommendations, but let us decide in the end.  Once decided, his crew began the repairs and had us in and out in under 3 hours.  The brakes are great.  It's good to have a mechanic you can trust.

This morning we contacted several auto shops for prices and availability to complete a brake and rotor job.  One business asked for $460, while another wanted to "look" at the vehicle first in order to give an estimate.  Both business' didn't have openings for a week.  A WEEK!  I then called Car Care Center Inc and spoke with Brad.  I was given an estimate immediately, and Brad had an opening right away.  We took our truck in around 9:30 a.m., and had it back home by 11:30 a.m.  Everything about this place is awesome!  The professionalism, knowledge, pricing, and quality we experienced at Car Care Center  was hands down the best we've ever had in Anchorage.

The Car Care Center has taken care of my car for years.    I have total faith in them.  I know when I call Brad the Owner, he will do right by me.   Since my car is older, it needs replacement things done and I know and have seen that Brad and the rest of the crew at Car Care Center are able to handle it in a timely fashion without wanting to do unnecessary work or gouging me on pricing.   They are very honest and listen to their clients.   I have had everything done there from oil changed to brake replacements and much more.   Always satisfied!

I moved up here from Minnesota in 2012 and one of the many difficulties of moving is finding a new auto shop that not only provides top notch service and repairs, but is honest. I was fortunate in finding all of the above in Car Care's owner and genuine human being, Brad. He is honest to a fault. I have entrusted my 19 year old, passenger van to Car Care many times. I was extremely happy with ever visit. From the get go . . . Great job! Great prices! Hey I was new to Alaska. I didn't know anybody . . . an easy target for the unscrupulous. My guardian angels were on the job though, through word of mouth, they steered me Brad. A couple of days ago I took my van in for Tie Rods, Ball Joints and such. I'd assumed my front end was shot. WRONG! Brad phoned me after checking the under-carriage and reported that two of the three bolts holding the steering box to the frame were sheared off and the remaining bolt was loose. The tie rods and ball joints were tight and didn't warrant replacement. Brad did find my front brakes to be in horrible shape (I had no clue.) Brad: (showing me the old parts) ?Widow makers. melted pads and one caliper was frozen altogether.? Needless to say, I owe it to Brad for not only saving my family from a possible tragedy. In addition to rebuilding what needed rebuilding, he didn't rebuild that which didn't need repair. I wouldn't have known the difference. Hey, I ordered a complete rebuild of the steering system and he could have done as ordered . . . required or not. I ask you, what more could you ask for in the Honesty & Integrity Hall of Fame Department? Brad also found my Wheel Bearings were shot and I had a bent frame (by prior owner). I also needed a (no longer obtainable) Heater Box. Can't drive without that. This is Alaska. Winter is like today okay? What to do! Can't get the part. Lions and tigers and bears (Oh my!) Brad: ?Don't worry about it. We'll make one.? And so, So Brad's expert mechanics took the old part to their trusty well worn, work bench and rebuilt it by hand.  ?Hey ma! I got heat!? If I were a bush pilot and needed a custom part, I'd go see Brad, Todd and the Car Care crew. I'd look no further. Brad is the ?go to guy? for service, great prices and honesty. Need a repair? Go see Brad. If this review seems a bit over the top, well it isn't. Right hand on my Bible, I mean every word of the above. I could go on, but hey, it's Halloween Night and I have places to go and promises to keep.

As always Brad and his outstanding crew at the shop did a little trouble shooting on the internet and checking with Ford and once the issue was isolated and found to be the left front cv axle the issue was quickly resolved to me satisfaction and down the road I went. Have been a loyal customer with the Car Care Center and will continue to do so. Outstanding service and very professional. I will be back and have recommend with the highest regards this care repair business.

As in the past I had great service. I had this brake issue late on a Friday, but Brad and his crew got me back on the road in no time at all. I am extremely thankful for the great service. My problem was diagnosed correctly and repaired with professionalism and a smile. I have and will continue to use Car Care Center for all my auto repair needs.  I highly recommend you do the same.

This shop did an outstanding job in just about every way I can think of. I've had some bad experiences with other mechanics, but this place stood out as a business willing to do excellent work. They quickly diagnosed the problem and did the repair on time. Very impressive. They won my business. I'll be back there again.

Brad listen to my daughter's car issue and had her bring the car right in, even though this was a last minute call and request on her part. His crew determined that my daughter had purchased a faulty heater fan motor, from a local auto parts store. Brad called and let my daughter know the problem and recommend that she come get the faulty part and return it, bring him a good part and he would have his crew install the working part ASAP.

This was "above and beyond" what I think many auto repair facilities would do. He did not have to do this, but HE DID! And as a father of a young hard working daughter who could use a break once in awhile, Thank You Brad to you and your crew. Nice, very Nice. My minivan is now 10 years old and is starting to need occasional repair. Per my request, Brad gave the minivan comprehensive assessment and provided a good review of my vehicle's health and repair needs. I dropped the minivan off Sunday evening when the shop was closed and was able to pick the vehicle up on Tuesday afternoon. Brad provided quick and professional service at a fair price. I've been taking my family vehicles to the Car Care Center on Muldoon for years and have always received excellent service. It is really nice having a reliable and honest mechanic who provides quick affordable service! 10+++ recommendation to the Car Care Center on Muldoon.

Almost all repairs have been completed the day the car was brought in. They have successfully diagnosed and repaired problems that other garages failed on. The work has always been professional and the charges were reasonable and cheaper than other garages. I am completely satisfied with their work and recommend them.

After finding out it could be a little more serious, and I gave the go ahead over the phone, the guys went to work. After tearing all needed parts down it turned out to still be serious, but not quite as bad as I first thought. Brad was great about keeping me informed and letting me know the cost. He was quick to call and let me know the good news of lower cost and less work needed. This helped make the process much less stressful (for me). I have taken a couple of my cars to Car Care Center over the past 4 to 5 years and will continue to do so. Once you find a good, honest and hard working auto repair facility YOU keep returning, and I WILL. I most definitely recommend Car Care Center.
